About SceneOak

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Who we are

SceneOak is operated by COD Co., Ltd. (株式会社COD), a company registered in Tokyo, Japan. Representative: 張向書. Qualified invoice issuer number (Japan): T4040001111953. The full seller details required by Japanese law, including our postal address and phone hours, are on the Legal Notice (特定商取引法に基づく表記).

SceneOak is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kuaishou Technology, Kling AI, or any other model developer. Kling is a trademark of Kuaishou Technology.

How clips are made

You describe a shot in plain language, or start from an example or your own photo. The workspace turns that into a prompt, shows the model, length and credit cost before anything is sent, and renders the clip with the model you picked. Every clip in your library is labelled with the model that actually rendered it. We never present a clip as made by a model it was not made with.

Credits are only used when you send a request. A render that fails is refunded automatically; a message that fails before the assistant replies returns its message fee. The pricing page lists the credit cost of each model and length.

What we do not do

  • We do not swap faces or recreate real people in trend videos. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what may not be uploaded or generated.
  • We do not train AI models on your prompts, images or videos; see the Privacy Policy.
  • We do not promise unlimited generation. Each plan grants a fixed number of credits, stated on the pricing page.
  • We do not edit or join existing videos. The workspace generates new clips from text, an opening frame and an optional closing frame.

How to reach us

  • The support button in the bottom-right corner of the site, or Settings › Support Tickets after signing in.
  • Email: services@bizcod.co.jp.
  • We reply within 1 business day (Japan time; weekends and Japanese public holidays excluded).

Refunds follow the Refund Policy: a first purchase is refunded in full when requested within 7 days of paying and none of its credits have been used.
