FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about SceneOak

  • SceneOak turns plain-language direction into a video prompt and renders it with the engine you pick — Kling 3.0, MiniMax H3, Seedance 2.5 or Gemini Omni Flash — then labels the clip with the model that made it. Attach a still to animate it. Everything stays in one conversation. Kling 4.0 is not available here yet and will be added only after its public API is verified on this site.

  • Usually a few minutes. Video models queue and render far slower than image models — a 5-second clip is typically 1–3 minutes, a 10-second one longer. You can keep chatting while it works.

  • It depends on the engine: 3 to 15 seconds per render on Kling 3.0, 5 to 15 on MiniMax H3, 3 to 10 on Gemini Omni Flash, and up to 30 on Seedance 2.5. For a longer sequence, generate the shots one at a time and cut them together — SceneOak will help you plan the shot list.

  • Four engines today: Kling 3.0 (the default), MiniMax H3, Seedance 2.5 and Gemini Omni Flash, all from the same composer. Your library labels every clip with the model that actually rendered it. Kling 4.0 is not in the picker yet; it will appear only after its public API is verified here. What's confirmed about Kling 4.0 →

  • Yes. Upload a still and describe what should move. The image becomes the opening frame and the model animates from there — a product turntable, a portrait that blinks, a landscape with drifting clouds. Step-by-step guide to animating a photo →

  • Yes. Videos you generate on a paid plan can be used commercially, subject to our Terms and the model provider's terms. Clips made only with free signup credits are for personal use.

  • Every chat message costs 10 credits. Each render costs extra credits based on the model, resolution and clip length — a 10-second clip costs about twice a 5-second one. The cost is shown in the composer before you send, and a failed render is refunded automatically. Stopping a render refunds it only while it is still queued — once rendering starts, the credits are spent. How far the free signup credits go →

  • Each request is one chat message (10 credits) plus the clip it renders. A five-second clip comes to 360 credits in all on Kling 3.0, 430 on MiniMax H3 at 768P, 1,410 on Seedance 2.5 at 720p and 310 on Gemini Omni Flash at 720p; at ten seconds the clip part roughly doubles (each clip rounds up to the next 10 credits). Other models, resolutions and lengths are priced per second, the composer shows the exact figure before you send, and a failed render is refunded automatically.

  • Credits follow what each render costs us. SceneOak renders through fal, and fal's public list price for Seedance 2.5 at 720p is almost four times Kling 3.0's for every second of video. So Seedance is 280 credits a second against Kling 3.0's 70: 1,400 credits for five seconds, plus the 10-credit message. At 480p five seconds is 750 credits. Pick Seedance for clips up to 30 seconds or its reference-video mode; for everything else Kling 3.0 goes furthest on your credits.

  • Every message you send runs the AI assistant that turns your direction into a prompt and talks it through with you, so each one costs 10 credits, taken before the reply. A message that only chats, with no clip, costs just that; one that renders a clip adds the clip's price. If a message fails before the assistant replies, the 10 credits come back automatically.

  • Your uploads and clips are encrypted in transit and at rest. Conversations are private to your account by default; if you share one by public link, anyone with that link can view it. Each image or video file is served from its own hard-to-guess link that does not require signing in, so anyone you give a file link to can open it. We never train on your content. You can delete any conversation from your chat list at any time.

  • Yes — an account is what holds your clips, your take history and your credit balance. Sign up with your email address, then confirm it from the verification email we send you.

  • Use the support button in the bottom-right corner, or open a ticket in Settings › Support Tickets after signing in. You can also email services@bizcod.co.jp — we read every message.

  • Not yet. The status banner on the home page and on our Kling 4.0 guides is the live answer, and the model picker in the composer lists what you can use right now. Kling 4.0 will be switched on only after Kuaishou publishes a public API and it passes our own test render; until then Kling 3.0 is the default and your library labels every clip with the model that rendered it — we never bill a Kling 4.0 clip that was not made with Kling 4.0.

  • Yes, for your first purchase: ask within 7 days of paying, and if none of the credits it granted have been used, you get a full refund. Open a support ticket or email us. Renewals and later purchases aren't refunded for a change of mind, but you can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the period ends. The Refund Policy has the details.
